Le projet prévoyait l'utilisation de GFRC avec une texture bois et trois couleurs de teinture différentes.

Located in Boston, the 7 story buildings encompass two docks with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing residents to take advantage of the natural light and a great view of Boston Harbor. The two condominium buildings offer 69 residential units and underground parking.

The units, designed with duplex and triplex floor plans, are inviting and feel more like houses than condos.

The project called for ‍GFRC with a wood texture and 3 different colors of stain.
