Le Gatsby condominiums est un projet immobilier situé au cœur du centre-ville de Montréal. Il se compose de 147 unités répartis sur 17 étages et de quatre penthouses au 18e étage. BPDL a participé à la construction de l’enveloppe du bâtiment, comportant 70 panneaux de béton préfabriqué. Ce projet au design moderne et aux accents néo-rétro est inspiré de l’époque des années folles.

Le Gatsby condominiums is located in the heart of downtown Montreal. It comprises 147 units on 17 floors and four penthouses on the 18th floor. BPDL participated in the construction of the building envelope, comprising 70 precast concrete panels. The modern design with neo-retro accents is inspired by the Roaring Twenties!
