Projet situé au coeur du nouveau quartier de Montréal proche au Palais des Congrès et du Vieux Port. Les 10 premiers étages du bâtiment sont ocuppés par l'hôtel et la partie supérieure de l'immeuble est ocupée par des unités condominiums.

Béton gris, faux-joints, recouvrement de structure existante ont été utilisés sur ce projet.

Project located in the heart of the new district of Montreal close to Palais des Congrès and the Old Port. The first 10 floors of the building are occupied by a hotel and the upper part of the building is occupied by condominiums.

Grey concrete, false joints, existing structure cladding were used on this project.
