Ce projet conjoint de 14 étages comportant 124 unités, réalisé avec le regretté Gabriel Horvath et conçu par l’architecte Dan Hanganu, a reçu de nombreux prix dignes de mention, dont un Prix d’excellence en architecture de l’Ordre des architectes du Québec, un Prix Orange de « Sauvons Montréal » et un Prix Domus de l’APCHQ.

This joint 14-story, 124-unit project with the late Gabriel Horvath and designed by architect Dan Hanganu, has received numerous notable awards, including an Award of Excellence in Architecture from the Ordre des architects du Québec, an Orange Award from "Sauvons Montréal" and a Domus Award from the APCHQ.
